John Carey, writing for Designer Appliances states, “…in very expensive neighbourhoods, many buyers expect luxury appliances, and also want a home that's move-in ready. If you have low-end appliances in a neighbourhood where the standard is high, you might run into some trouble.” Therefore quality in product when reselling, is an important consideration to home owners and
home purchases with your appliances.
